01.First, the grindstone and grinding of the grinding disc are carried out, and then the datum surface in front of the punch grinding machine is parallel to the grinding disc, so that the grinding process can be carried out in the center of the grinding disc.
02.Turn the homing handle to the lower right, open the press handle, and place the worm between the rotating roller and the pressure bearing. At this time, adjust the press handle adjustment screw so that the pressure bearing can touch the center of the punch. Then use the rear thimble and the front baffle to determine the front and back position of the punch
03. Due to the pressure of the pressure spring, the punch is slightly depressed, and then the fixed handle of the press roller is pulled down the convex part of the press handle, gently covered, and the punch needle is firmly grasped. (If the straight outside diameter of the punching needle is less than 10 without re-grinding, it can also not use the fixed handle of the press roller)
04.Please rotate the handle with your left hand in the direction indicated by the arrow about 60-100 times per minute. When rotating, the grinding stone contacts the punch needle and gradually grinds it. Please pay attention to protect it from damage or rust on the surface of the rotating roller and pressure bearing
